eg    ( stomach, feet, arms, hands).

Is there somewhere in nature you would feel the same.................   

           
The idea is to keep your mind  busy on these things  you want because everytime the mind wants to  wonder  ........the mind tries to give you reason why it shouldn't. ...... that is just a habit it has developed.
